Hotel is very close to the beach and to the Riccione city center. Breakfast was quite good.
Staff starting from check in was very rude. We received bathroom supplies only when arrived to the hotel. When we complained on day three that we dont get new shampoo and body wash as well as our bed sheets were never changed we have been told in very rood manner that it is hotel policy to provide bathroom supplies and clean sheets on day one only and if we want we should go to store and buy shampoo by ourselves (and it is 4 stars hotel!!!). Eventually after manager got involved - they replaced sheets and bathroom supplies. Hotel's pictures are completelly different from reality and rooms have very old decor. If you can avoid this hotel - please do.

The hotel is very good located - close to the beach, close to the central pedestrian zone, but very calm in the same time. You have closed parking, which can be full. Very comfortable hotel lobby.
I did not feel the reception personell was really welcoming. I checked out very early - and the guy was speaking very very bad english - and even my small italian did not help. He could not manage elementary points with the hotel bill, I never experienced such inprofessionalism at any of the hotels. Finally I gave up and just asked him to give me any of confirmation that I have payd. Maybe receptionists working during the day are better. Hotel rrom is very very old style, in barthroom you have cracks, rooms are not really comfortable. But nevertheless the bathroom seems to be renovated - very primitively - but renovated.

Clean, quiet.
I stayed in a single room. The room was small, and had a chair by the desk. No other couch or place to sit down and rest, only the 1 twin bed and the 1 chair.

I had a great stay at this hotel! The location is perfect, just a short walk to the beautiful beach and main shopping strip. The rooms were clean and a good size, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel had excellent facilities, including a stunning pool and jacuzzi. The food selection and quality were top-notch, with both Italian and American/English options for breakfast. It was also nice to have all drinks included in the full board package. I was impressed with the air conditioning in the room, keeping it nice and cool.
Nothing bad to say.

Spent Easter weekend at this hotel and was pleasantly surprised. The breakfast had a good variety of American and Italian breakfast items, and they even offered complimentary hot cross buns and chocolates for the holiday. Location was perfect, just a few steps away from the beach and main shopping area. Another advantage was the pool, which looked crystal clear and inviting.
The coffee at breakfast wasn't the best, but the waiter gladly made us better ones when asked. Unfortunately, the wifi in the room was not consistent, but worked fine in the lobby.

The hotel had a great location with easy access to the beach and nearby restaurants. the complimentary breakfast had a good variety of options and was a great start to our day. We loved the balcony in our room, which had a beautiful view of the surroundings.
The room was a bit small for our romantic escape and could use some renovations. the parking lot was a bit difficult to find and maneuver in.

Great Pool and Friendly Staff
Stayed here for a weekend and overall, I had a pretty good experience. The pool was definitely my favorite part of the hotel. It was clean and well-maintained. The staff was also incredibly friendly and welcoming. It's also located near a lot of restaurants and shops, making it easy to find things to do. Another plus was the free Wi-Fi throughout the hotel.
While I enjoyed my stay, I do feel like the hotel could use some renovations. The interior was a bit outdated and could use some sprucing up.
